| Extended warranty available from ACL at
no extra cost, subject to conditions, including 5 year
service contract, which can be fixed price for the full
term. In addition to the screw compressor range, HPC
have base and receiver mounted air cooled piston
compressors. The Kaeser direct drive units have high
quality cast iron cylinders and stainless steel valves.

HPC/Kaeser offer a range of high quality roots
blowers and exhausters from 2.2kw to 200kw. In 1991
Kaeser took over the century old blower and compressor
manufacturer Gera Kompressorenwerke, and in 1993
introduced the ‘Omega’ range of blowers. Kaeser are now
the third largest manufacturer in europe, producing
heavy duty, high speed, high efficiency units with real
run cost and service life advantages over the
competition. Bare shaft, packaged, open frame or
enclosed compact packages; two or three lobe design.
Establishing a trouble free compressed air system
does not stop at selection of the best air compressors.

| The ancillary equipment must be
carefully matched to user requirements to provide the
correct quality, pressure and volume of air. Water
separators, refrigerated desiccant and membrane dryers,
coalescing and activated carbon filters, air receivers,
pressure regulating valves and control systems all play
their part.
ACL have experience of many different industries,
including food, pharmaceutical, electronics, aviation,
defence, transport, vehicle refinishing, water treatment
and building services.
